fundii is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Intern (unpaid and remote) for 3 months for MENA region for the regional office in Dubai (remote) working with our team in Toronto and Dubai. The intern will receive a certificate of completion after successfully completing the 3 months internship.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and approach target partners/clients in the assigned region
- Preparation and dissemination of marketing and PR materials (marketing materials and documents, press releases, presentations, fact sheets) for monthly reporting
- Initiate, plan, coordinate and deliver online meetings, events and monthly conference calls for prospect clients in the region
- Understand and assess partners sentiment and be able to communicate the company’s strategy and operating profile internally and externally
- Track and analyze sell-side analyst coverage, including initiation and ongoing coverage
- Support senior management in the development of board-level communications including financial reports and strategic plans
- Coordinate with business units, including new acquisitions, to ensure conformity of communication standards and expectations
- Assist with strategic initiatives and special projects
- Participate in weekly online meetings and share his/her activity report
Requirements:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
- Self-motivated, proactive and demonstrates initiative
- Ability to work without a lot of structure
- Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong presentation and sales skills
Qualifications:
- An undergraduate university degree preferably in Marketing/ Business/ Public relations/ OR have enough work experience as marketing/business development associate
- Have a network in MENA startup ecosystem (preferred).
- Must have a strong knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Have a good understanding of startup ecosystem in MENA and working environment

Role Description
fundii is seeking a Video Editor and Content Creator/Editor (English & Arabic) Intern for a remote/hybrid position for regional office in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work. This is a 3 months unpaid internship position.
Responsibilities
- Edits videos to targeted length and specifications
- Handles and organises raw and edited video files
- Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web/social media distribution
- Explores different versions and directions
- Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed
- Create transcripts from the videos in both English and Arabic
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Experience in editing videos and transcript creation
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong understanding and knowledge of social media platforms, and social
- media and video editing software/platforms.
- Experience with Graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a “Project Field Coordinator”. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful implementation of our project, working closely with the project supervisor and local field coordinators to ensure effective execution of our action plan. The Project Field Coordinator position is to be located at Nature Palestine Society’s offices (Ramallah), with frequent visits to the Jordan Valley.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the project supervisor to implement an action plan.
- Develop monthly field action plans in coordination with local field coordinators and in line with the project supervisor’s guidance.
- Supervise the work of local field coordinators to ensure proper implementation of field action plans.
- Meet stakeholders at the local level to facilitate their engagement in the implementation of the fieldwork.
- Provide technical training and support for local field coordinators.
- Meet regularly with the local field coordinators to ensure timely implementation of activities.
- Engage with representatives of regional stakeholders in Jenin and Jericho districts to facilitate their cooperation and support.
- Submit quarterly field reports incorporating data and information gathered during the period.
Required Qualifications:
- BSc in social/environmental/health sciences.
