تطلق حاضنة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الفلسطينية (PICTI) ، بالتعاون مع الجمعية الفلسطينية لصاحبات الأعمال – أصالة، مسابقة" Women in Tech: Digital Empowerment Contest"، ضمن التزامها المستمر بتمكين المرأة الفلسطينية. تأتي هذه المسابقة كجزء من مبادرة "تعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي الديمقراطي والحكم الرقمي"، التي يتم تنفيذها بدعم من مركز المشروعات الدولية الخاصة(CIPE) تهدف المسابقة إلى دعم سيدات الأعمال الفلسطينيات في تطوير حلول مبتكرة تعالج التحديات الرئيسية وتعزز الصمود، خصوصًا في ظل الضغوط الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية المستمرة في فلسطين.تدعو هذه المسابقة سيدات الأعمال الفلسطينيات من جميع المناطق الفلسطينية لتقديم حلول رقمية مؤثرة تحُدث تغييرًا اجتماعيًا واقتصاديًا باستخدام الأدوات الرقمية، وتعزز ريادة الأعمال، وتحقق مساواة أكبر. 

أهداف المسابقة:

• تهدف المسابقة إلى تحقيق ما يلي:
• تعزيز تطوير حلول إبداعية وعملية لمعالجة التحديات الأساسية التي تواجه سيدات الأعمال الفلسطينيات.
• تعزيز استخدام الأدوات الرقمية واستراتيجيات التسويق المتقدمة،.
• رفع أصوات النساء للدفاع عن حقوق الميراث، تبسيط الإجراءات التجارية، وتحقيق وصول عادل للموارد.
• تعزيز الصمود من خلال مشاريع تسهم في تمكين المجتمع وتحقيق الاستدامة الاقتصادية. 

معايير التقدم للمسابقة:

• سيدات الأعمال الفلسطينيات اللواتي يبلغن من العمر 18 عامًا فأكثر والمقيمات في فلسطين.
• يمكن للمشاركات التقدم بشكل فردي أو ضمن فرق. يجب أن تتناول الأفكار المقدمة أهداف المسابقة وقابلة للتنفيذ ولها تأثير محتمل.
• يجب أن تبرز الحلول المقدمة الأثر الفوري لمعالجة التحديات المحددة، مع إمكانية تحقيق نتائج ملموسة وقابلة للقياس. 

يجب أن تعالج الأفكار المقدمة إحدى الفئات التالية:

• تعزيز حقوق الميراث للنساء :حلول رقمية لرفع الوعي وتسهيل الوصول إلى حقوق الميراث.       -
• الوصول إلى التمويل :حلول رقمية لتحسين الوصول إلى الموارد المالية أو تبسيط الإدارة المالية.
• الوصول الى السوق والتسويق المحلي :حلول رقمية لتحسين الوصول إلى الأسواق المحلية والدولية.
• تعزيز المهارات الرقمية :حلول رقمية لسد الفجوات في التسويق الإلكتروني، الذكاء الاصطناعي ،وإدارة المواقع الاحترافية. 

خطوات المسابقة:

• ستتبع المسابقة عملية منظمة لضمان اختيار عادل وتحقيق النتائج المطلوبة:
• دعوة سيدات الأعمال الفلسطينيات من عمر 18 عامًا فأكثر لتقديم طلبات تتضمن الأفكار الإبداعية.
• سيتم تشكيل لجنة من الخبراء لتقييم الطلبات واختيار أفضل الأفكار للمرحلة التمهيدية.
• المرحلة الأول :ستشارك أفضل 10 أفكار في هاكاثون، حيث سيتم تقديم الإرشاد والدعم من قبل خبراء مختصين حيث سيعمل المشاركون على تطوير أفكارهم وتحضيرها للعرض النهائي أمام لجنة تحكيم.
• المرحلة الثانية :ستحصل الفكرة الفائزة على احتضان لدىPICTI لتطوير الحل وإطلاقه.

الجوائز:

• المرحلة الأولى: ستتلقى أفضل 10 أفكار الإرشاد والفرصة للمشاركة في الهاكاثون لتطوير حلولهم بمساعدة خبراء مختصين.
• المرحلة الثانية: ستفوز الفكرة الأفضل بخدمات احتضان لدى حاضنة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الفلسطينية(PICTI) ، بما يشمل:

What is the PIEC Incubation Program?

فوائد البرنامج:

برنامج الاحتضان مصمم للرياديين في مراحل مبكرة يتوافر لديهم إثبات المفهوم أو الحد الأدنى من المنتج القابل للتطبيق. (MVP). ومن خلال البرنامج يمكنك الوصول إلى الموارد والتواصل والتشبيك والدعم لتطوير الأعمال والتوجيه بهدف تجهيز الشركات الناشئة وإعدادهم للاستثمارات المحتملة.

المحطات الرئيسية:

تبدأ الرحلة بورشة عمل مكثفة مكونة من يومين بهدف إعطاء فرصة متساوية لجميع الرياديين المتقدمين وذلك من خلال توفير نفس الموارد اللازمة لجعل عروضهم التقديمية ناجحة. في المرحلة التالية، سيتم اختيار الفرق المؤهلة للمشاركة في برنامج الحاضنة لمدة أربعة أشهر، مما يزودهم بالمهارات التجارية والفنية اللازمة، ويسمح لهم بالتحقق من منتجهم بصيغته الاولية في السوق ويعدهم لمرحلة الاستثمار.

حول سوق فن:

تأسس سوق فن عام 2018 كبوابة تجارة إلكترونية تربط الفنانين والحرفيين ومنتجي الحرف اليدوية في كافة أنحاء الأردن، بفرص اقتصادية جديدة. حيث تُتاح لهم إمكانية عرض منتجاتهم ومشاركة قصصهم، إضافة إلى الاستفادة من خدمات الدفع والتوصيل وخدمة العملاء التي يقدّمها الموقع. وبالتالي يمكن للعملاء بيع المزيد من المنتجات عبر الإنترنت وزيادة دخلهم.

لدى سوق فنّ اليوم أكثر من 160 متجر وما يزيد على 2500 منتج معروض، حيث يشهد نموًّا بمعدّل 5 متاجر جديدة أسبوعيًا، ويدرّ أكثر من 15,000 دولار شهريًا للبائعين. هذا وقد حصلت منصّة سوق فنّ على المركز الأول في جائزة المؤتمر العالمي للحكومات في دبي، عن فئة الحلول الإبداعية. وفاز مؤخرًا بجائزة الملكة رانيا للريادة.
