About the Project:
Youm Jadeed (New Day) is an educational and psychosocial support initiative designed for children aged 7-11 in conflict-affected Palestine. This project, funded by Education Above All, leverages radio, social media and other digital platforms to mitigate harm associated with the educational gap caused by ongoing conflict and provide psychosocial support and resources for children and caretakers. Over the coming 7 months the program aims to develop and broadcast 90 packages of educational content that include a radio program and supplementary audio-visual material for broadcast over FM and online streaming. This will be complemented by a robust multi-platform dissemination and community engagement strategy.

1. Project Manager
- Role: Oversee the overall implementation of the project, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders, and prepare pogress reports. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative tasks and processes within a project including managing project documentation, schedules, and resources to ensure that the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Qualifications: Proven experience with established track record in project management, preferably in education or humanitarian sectors working on complex projects. Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Education & Curriculum Design Specialists (2 positions)
- Role: Research, map and analyze existing educational and psychosocial related content as well as research of applicable curriculum and material. This will ensure the scripts and material developed by the project complement and build on a solid foundation and understanding of existing resources while aligning with the project's objectives.
- Qualifications: Background in education, curriculum development, or educational research. Experience in research and design of curriculums for children in Palestine is a plus.
3. Partnerships and Outreach Officer
- Role: Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners, including governmental stakeholders, NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations. Coordinate outreach efforts to maximize the project's impact, represent the project in coordination meetings and promote collaboration and partnership with other stakeholders to collaborate with the project and utilize resources developed by the project.
- Qualifications: Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Experience in partnership development and coalition building preferred. Technical expertise in the education field or relevant humanitarian sectors strongly preferred.
4. Administrative Coordinator
- Role: Provide administrative support to the project team, manage logistics, coordinate meetings, and handle documentation and reporting and other tasks as needed.
- Qualifications: Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational or humanitarian context.
5. Social Media Manager
- Role: Manage the multi-platform dissemination model, ensuring consistent and engaging content across social media channels. Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and reach. Directly manage related social media channels, including Whats App and/or Telegram groups dedicated to the project.
- Qualifications: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. Knowledge of educational content dissemination and audience engagement strategies and ability to innovate and iterate based on progress.
6. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- Role: implement the monitoring and evaluation framework for the Youm Jadeed project. This includes tracking project progress, assessing impact, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. The M&E Officer will collect, analyze, and report on project data to ensure objectives are met and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field with at established experience in M&E, data analysis, and reporting in media, education and/or humanitarian projects.

يعلن المركز العربي للتطوير الزراعي "أكاد" ومن خلال برنامج "ترابط فلسطين" الممول من قبل وكالة التنمية النمساوية ومكتب الممثلية الفنلندية من خلال برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي/ برنامج مساعدة الشعب الفلسطيني UNDP/PAPP والمنفذ من قبل تسع مؤسسات من مؤسسات المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني بالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة الفلسطينية وبإدارة مركز العمل التنموي/ معاً (MA’AN) عن طرح عطاء شراء وتوريد صناديق كرتونية للمزارعين في مناطق (ج) الواقعة خلف الجدار الفاصل في منطقة مروج جيوس ومروج قلقيلية.
وذلك وفق الشروط التالية:
- المشروع معفى من الضريبة لذلك يلتزم من يرسو عليه العطاء بتوفير فاتورة صفرية.
- يجب إرفاق شهادة تسجيل الشركة/ المورد الصادرة عن مراقب الشركات وشهادة خصم من المصدر سارية المفعول.
- يسلم العرض المالي في ظرف منفصل مغلق ومختوم داخل ظرف العطاء.
- يمنع توريد أي منتج اسرائيلي والأولوية للمنتج المحلي ثم العربي ثم الأوروبي.
- لجنة فتح العطاء غير مقيدة بقبول أقل الأسعار ودون إبداء الأسباب.

Job Summary/ Scope of Work
The MEAL Coordinator will manage the MEAL team and lead the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning processes in the occupied Palestinian Territory. This role is critical in supporting MEAL activities' development, planning, implementation, and quality assurance, ensuring that all processes align with War Child’s standards and goals. The MEAL Coordinator will coordinate with regional and global teams, participate in meetings and interventions, and manage GMF reporting. Additionally, this role will support quality implementation and reporting, establish MEAL systems and processes, and manage Feedback and Complaint Response Mechanism (FCRM), Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP), Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS), and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
Responsibilities and Tasks
Job Responsibility 1: Technical MEAL Oversight (30% of time)
- Develop and maintain MEAL frameworks, plans, and tools, ensuring they are contextually relevant and aligned with global standards and donor policies and protocols.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely information is available for decision-making.
- Support program teams in implementing high-quality projects adhering to MEAL standards and protocols.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance on reporting, data protection, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct assessments, literature reviews, and context analyses to inform program design and proposals.
Job Responsibility 2: Learning and Knowledge Management (25 % of time)

Job Summary/ Scope of Work
The Case Management Officer is responsible for implementing community-based child protection activities in his/her community, including case management in line with international standards. S/he organizes and carries out work to address an individual's (and their family’s) needs in an appropriate, systematic, and timely manner through direct support and/or referrals.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Job Responsibility 1: Direct Support and Care to Vulnerable Children (60% of time)
- Provide direct support and care for vulnerable children, including case management such as;
- Identification of individual children in need of case management through a regular presence in the community.
- Follow up with children referred to WCH by other agencies and community partners.
- Identify, refer and follow up on all services and ensure action points are carried out within the agreed timeframe.
- Provide basic counseling and psychosocial support.
- Regularly review and adjust action plans to ensure progress.
- Perform appropriate follow-up and referrals.
- Case closure and follow up on closed cases of children and their caregivers after a while from the case closure. (if and when appropriate).
- Manage cases in line with the Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
- Document cases using case notes and regularly update the database to ensure a comprehensive record of each case.
- Ensure data collection and storage are done in a confidential manner.
- Monitor, guide, advise and support children and caregivers throughout the process.
- Ensure that children receive multidisciplinary and holistic support.
- Provide mapping and updates of available services and organizations operating in the area and share with relevant people at WCH.
- Ensure child protection concerns are shared with the relevant staff.
- Deliver awareness sessions to families on child protection and case management services in different and new targeted communities as needed and requested when needed.
Job Responsibility 2: Internal/External Coordination, and Representation (20% of time)
- Introduce War Child services within the targeted communities.
- Coordinate with CBOs on the implementation of activities.
- Coordinate daily with WCH program staff.
- Liaise with relevant child protection actors working in the area, including national and international.
- Participate and represent WCH in CPN meetings when necessary.
- Coordinate with partner organizations for referrals.
- Liaise with Protection Officers/MoSD focal points in the area.
- Participate in relevant case management meetings.
- Act as Child Safeguarding Focal point for their specific areas.
Job Responsibility 3: Monitoring and Reporting (20% of time)
- Support the maintenance of the WCH case management system.
- Complete the capacity assessment tool every 3 to 6 months.
- Support tracking of activities using agreed M&E tools.
- Participate in weekly reporting and planning meetings to ensure adherence to standards of care, quality case management, and reporting requirements are followed.
- Plan and conduct training of facilitators on different PSS and CP topics and interventions as requested by the line manager
- Ensure Fill in the database for the registered cases of children in case management service and the database for external referrals and follow up and update the data regularly.
- Participate in 1 to 2 individual and group monthly meetings with the case management supervisor to discuss different cases, challenges, and ways to overcome the challenges and improve the quality of service provided
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop WCH programs.
Qualifications / Education / Training Required
- Bachelor's degree in Social Science, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of the local context and social welfare and legal system for child protection services in Palestine.
- Previous experience working with children/refugees/vulnerable populations.
- Proven experience engaging with different target groups from all backgrounds (children, families, local and international organizations, government, etc).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination, and safety of children at all times.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and flexibility.
- Flexibility in working overtime when needed.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Fluency in Arabic.
- Good English skills.
- Cultural sensitivity.
