Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant and Procurement Officer to manage our financial transactions and oversee procurement activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and procurement, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- General Ledger Management: Record all financial transactions in the general ledger and ensure accuracy of entries.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and company records.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring all expenses are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings as needed.

Qualifications:

Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software ( preferably Bisan).
- Very good command of the English language.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
The Tech Unit Program Coordinator will provide programmatic and administrative support for Mercy Corps Programs, primarily relating to Gaza Sky Geeks (GSG) expansion activities, in the West Bank. The PC will work with a network of local and multinational partners and stakeholders on issues concerning youth training, employability, capacity building, and economic development. The PC will work closely with the Program officer and GSG Vertical Leads on all aspects of the program and provide effective and efficient support to ensure smooth implementation including programmatic, administrative, logistical and procurement support, information gathering, and organizing training. The PC will work to ensure data quality, including data collection, data entry, and sound filing and documentation of program records for participants and activities. The PC will collect, analyze and report on monitoring and evaluation data, and prepare scopes of works as requested.
Essential Responsibilities
Support WB technical community strategy implementation including Technical boot camps, Technical training, and Self-study group offerings.
- Lead on the technical offerings implementation, quality assurance of delivery, and ensure the GSG community values and MC standards are implemented.
- Prepare budget estimates for technical activities.
- Work closely with the WB Tech Unit Officer on building a local talent pool for the program activities (speakers, alumni, consultants, trainers).
- Prepare scopes of work with contractors, including companies, consultants, and organizations, and work with the procurement team on the program needs.
- Prepare payment requests and financial documents for related program activities.
- Collect, and report on monitoring and evaluation data and maintain relevant program files.
- Report on the events and activities of the Tech Unit.
- Prepare logistic documents needed for the finance and procurement team.
- Liaises and coordinates with MC and GSG departments (including logistics and Admin).
- Conduct himself/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to Mercy Corps and not jeopardize its humanitarian mission.
- Travel to various parts of the West Bank for activities support and follow-up (including staying in locations overnight if needed)
- Follow up with the social media team on highlighting the program's expansion in the WB.
- Research information as required for program development and delivery.
- Act as technical writers for documents as needed.
- Demonstrate teamwork spirit and a proactive attitude in accomplishing and delivering tasks.
- Absorb and quickly learn project details and operations/ procedures and provide ideas for improvements and enhancements when possible.

أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي، اليوم، استقبال الطلبات للوظائف التعليمية لصالح كلية التقوى في استراليا على نظام الإعارة لمعلمي الحكومة والإيفاد لغير معلمي الحكومة، اعتبارا من يوم غد الثلاثاء وحتى يوم الخميس 2024-06-06.
وأوضحت الوزارة في بيان لها، شروط الاختيار وهي: أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على شهادة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في تخصصات الدراسات الإسلامية والقرآن، اللغة العربية، لديه خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التدريس، وأن لا يتجاوز عمر المتقدم/ة 45 عام، أن يجتاز اختبار القدرات في اللغة الإنجليزية (IELTS) بعلامة لا تقل عن (7.5)، إحضار شهادة خلو من الأمراض، ارفاق السيرة الذاتية، ارفاق فيلم قصير "فيديو" للإجابة عن بعض الأسئلة الموضحة في النشرة المرفقة، أن تكون الوثائق المقدمة باللغة الإنجليزية.
وأوضحت الوزارة أنه سيتم عقد مقابلات للاختيار وعلى المتقدم/ة اجتياز المقابلات بنجاح، مؤكدة أنه على للراغبين بالمنافسة ممن تنطبق عليهم الشروط تقديم طلب خطي في قسم الاستقطاب والاختيار والتعيين في الإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية في مقر وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي برام الله.

A Social Media Specialist may be responsible for developing strategy, community management, creative directing, copywriting, customer service, and analyzing data. on the logistics of delivering content to various social channels, such as managing a content calendar, writing copy, scheduling posts, etc. These roles often overlap.
Should be measured by the amount of content published, when and how people engage with the channel, which content gets the most interaction, and how users respond to any brand messages. If the content includes sales of products or services, then conversion rates are also important.
More specifically, you’ll get to:
- write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users
- use data to analyze what’s working, and what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
- wear many hats as you work with multiple teams to develop strategy, work with designers, write copy, manage social communities, and analyze data
- help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions
- to be responsible for creating social media campaigns/paid ads through different social media platforms, monthly planning for different businesses, and how to extract and write monthly reports
- to be able to implement and follow up the monthly plans efficiently
- to be able to follow up and manage the media related to the Social media pages
- to be able to create and think out of the box for creative media design for paid ads
- at least 2 years of experience

About The Role
The scope of work is to participate in the design of outreach campaigns for various training courses, activities or campaigns being implemented by the Center, as well as to Create and design various online and offline marketing campaigns for different companies and sectors.
Graphic Designer Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience in design for marketing campaigns and social media ads.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Proficiency in the use of design programs, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficient in visual identity designs, publications, social media designs, infographics
- Possess high skills in time management and assignment of tasks.
- Possessing the ability to withstand work pressures.
- Proficiency in the use of Adobe Premier, and After Effect is a plus.
- Proven Proficiency in designing e-booklets and pintables such as brochures and others
Education, and Experience Requirements:
- BA/BS University degree Graphic Designer.
- At least 2 years of experience in the design field.
