تقدم مجموعة GEMS التعليمية فرصة عمل وتعلن عن حاجتها إلى مساعد مدرس لتقديم الدعم الأكاديمي والاجتماعي والعاطفي للطلاب خلال فصل السباحة المخصص لهم، وذلك ضمن التوجيهات والتعليمات المتعلقة بنوع الدعم المقدم من قبل معلم الفصل. حيث يعتبر مساعدو التدريس جزءًا من فريق يعمل جنبًا إلى جنب مع المعلمين في الفصل الدراسي، يتعاون كلاً منهم لتطوير جداول العمل وتوقعات العمل مع الطلاب وإجراءات إدارة الفصل الدراسي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
ستكون مسؤولاً عن:
- نماذج وتشجيع ثقافة الود والمعاملة الايجابية لدعم القيم الأساسية لـ GEMS/GWA.
- مساعدة الطلاب بشكل فردي، في مجموعات صغيرة أو كفصل كامل من خلال الدعم الأكاديمي والأنشطة الإبداعية، وتطوير التنسيق الحركي الجيد/ الإجمالي، ومراقبة تقدم الطلاب وإبلاغ المعلم به، ودعم المعلمين المتخصصين عند الضرورة.
- المساعدة في إدارة الفصل الدراسي.
- التواصل مع المعلمين لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب الاجتماعية والعاطفية، بما في ذلك تلك المتعلقة بالوجبات الخفيفة والغداء والصحة والملابس والرفاهية العامة.
- العمل كبديل للمعلم في حالة غيابه (واجب مؤقت فقط/ عند الضرورة).
- الإشراف على الطلاب خلال واجبات العطلة المقررة.
- العمل والتعاون مع المعلمين لخلق بيئة مدرسية إيجابية تؤكد على السلامة وأجواء تتمحور حول الطفل، والشعور بالنظام، وإنشاء مختلف العروض الجذابة لعمل الطلاب.
- مرافقة الطلاب في الرحلات الميدانية والانشطة اللاصفية.
- أداء المهام الإشرافية والتعليمية التي تكلف بها من قبل المعلم المشرف.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and approach target partners/clients in the assigned region
- Preparation and dissemination of marketing and PR materials (marketing materials and documents, press releases, presentations, fact sheets) for monthly reporting
- Initiate, plan, coordinate and deliver online meetings, events and monthly conference calls for prospect clients in the region
- Understand and assess partners sentiment and be able to communicate the company’s strategy and operating profile internally and externally
