About the Role:

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Specialist to design and enhance user experiences across our digital platforms. If you have a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a user-centric design approach, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand audience needs and behaviors.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Optimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

Qualifications:

• University graduate.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Specialist, Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, especially in reading and writing.
