Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to convert website visitors into customers
• Optimize sales funnels and landing pages for maximum conversion
• Create compelling sales copy and content
• Analyze sales data and user behaviour to inform strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales process
• Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in digital goods/SaaS sales, preferably in healthtech
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and conversion optimization
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems and sales funnels
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a startup environment
• Familiarity with telemedicine or the dental industry is a plus
