About BuildPalestine:

BuildPalestine is a Palestinian social enterprise dedicated to empowering Palestinian changemakers. We help people envision a better future for Palestine and equip them with the tools and resources to make it a reality. Our mission includes promoting and supporting the creation of social enterprises in Palestine through a range of programs that provide both financial and non-financial support at various stages of development.

We are seeking a creative digital marketing intern to join our team at BuildPalestine. Our digital community, comprised of Palestinians and allies, is focused on driving impactful change in Palestine. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing social media channels, executing email marketing campaigns, engaging with our digital community, and growing the BuildPalestine audience. Join us to develop your skills and contribute to meaningful initiatives.

Location: Remote/ or in-person in Ramallah

Duration: Minimum 6 months 

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation:

– Use Canva templates to create event designs for social media.

– Maintain brand consistency.

• Content Creation:

– Create engaging video and text content for social media and other digital platforms.

• Event Management:

– Create and market BuildPalestine online events.

• YouTube Management:

– Upload event recordings to YouTube.

• Resource Management:

– Assist in collecting opportunities for BuildPalestine various audience segments. 

• Communication and Collaboration:

– Attend weekly meetings for updates and planning.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in Canva design tool.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and event management tools.
• Basic knowledge of YouTube content management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Passion for community building and social impact.
• Excellent English and Arabic.
