Green Delivery, a top-tier delivery service, and play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to manage customer interactions and uphold our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Manage and update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent, professional, and friendly support.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) in a relevant field is prefered.
