Finance and HR officer
We're looking for team and searching for a talented HR and Financial officer to join our Ramallah office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. You'll support the CEO in daily tasks while taking ownership of HR and financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- HR:
- Lead recruitment efforts, from crafting job postings to screening resumes, interviewing top talent, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and build a strong company culture.
- Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Champion employee development through training programs and initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations issues proactively.
- Financial tasks:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents efficiently.
- Ensure financial stability by reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
- Partner with the CEO to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Office and admin coordination:
- Become the CEO's right-hand person, managing their calendar, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure a smooth-running office by managing supplies, equipment, and maintaining a professional environment.
- Be the point of contact for vendors, service providers, and landlords.
- Support the implementation of effective office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management and financial bookkeeping.
- Master of organization and multitasking to excel in this multifaceted role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (experience with HR and financial management systems a plus).
- Keen eye for detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Discretion and integrity are essential when handling sensitive information.
Bonus Points:
- Previous experience in a SaaS or logistics company.
- Familiarity with labor laws and financial regulations in the region.
