المسمى الوظيفي : متدرب/ةمدفوع الاجر.

طبيعة التعاقد: عقد خاص يجدد حسب الاتفاق بين الطرفين.

ايام ومواعيد الدوام: (80 ساعة عمل شهريا توزع حسب الاتفاق مع ادارة الجمعية ومتطلبات العمل)

مكان العمل: مقر جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر – بيت لحم – جبل ظاهر (داخل حرم جامعة فلسطين الاهلية)

متطلبات فنية وادارية:

• أن يكون المتقدم/ة ضمن الفئة العمرية 20-24 عام.
• حاصل/ة على شهادة جامعية بدرجة بكالوريوس ولم يمض على تخرجه/ا اكثر من عامين.
• إجادة أساليب الاتصال الفعّال ومخاطبة الجمهور.
• التحلّي بمهارات التفاوض وتنسيق ورش العمل والتدريبات.
• إجادة اللغة الانجليزية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة.
• القدرة على استخدام برامج الحاسوب ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
• القدرة على اعداد كتابة التقارير وقصص النجاح باللغتين العربية والانجليزية.
• القدرة على تحمل ضغوطات العمل وطبيعته والقيام بمهام متعددة.
• القدرة على العمل بفاعلية ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل.
• يفضل ان يكون/تكون من سكان محافظة بيت لحم.

Fabkids: المخيم الصيفي الأول من نوعه لبناء مهارات طفلك المميزة!  

نهدف في هذا المخيم إلى:

• تعزيز مهارات الإبداع والتفكير النقدي وحل المشاكل بطرق مبُدعة
• تشجيع العقلية الريادية من خلال التشجيع على الابتكار
• تطوير مفهوم التعاطف والشعور بالغير ومحاولة إيجاد الحلول لتحديات معينة في المجتمع خاصة للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة  
• التعرف على أدوات وتكنولوجيا التصنيع الرقمي 
• تشجيع الأطفال في المخيم على التعاون والعمل الجماعي.

سيتخلل المخيم مجموعة من البرامج التي تساعد في تحقيق الأهداف السابقة منها: 

• التصميم والطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد
• ⁠التطبيق العملي لفهم المبادئ الأساسية وراء هذه التقنيات 
• تصميم وإنشاء نماذج أولية بسيطة باستخدام برامج التصميم الإلكترونية 
• التحديات الهندسية: العمل على حالات من الحياة الواقعية
• ⁠ورش عمل لتركيب منتجات وأدوات مساعدة مختلفة 
• ⁠زيارات ميدانية : زيارة مراكز تأهيل في رام الله والتبرع بالأجهزة المساعدة للأطفال المحتاجين.

ملاحظة: في نهاية فترة المخيم، سيقوم الأطفال المشاركون بعرض المشاريع التي قاموا بتصميمها ضمن فعالية يشارك فيها أهالي الأطفال

فرص تدريبية مدفوعة الأجر في قطاع الأعمال الغذائية والزراعية والتقدم لمشاريع ريادية لحديثي التخرج والمتوقع تخرجهم

ضمن إطار مشروع الوظائف الخضراء وفرص الدخل المستدام للشابات والشباب الفلسطينيين في قطاع الأعمال الغذائية والزراعية - المرحلة الثالثة والمنفذ من قبل منظمة الأغذية والزراعة للأمم المتحدة (الفاو) وبتمويل من الحكومة الدنماركية الإعلان عن فرص تدريبية مدفوعة الأجر لمدة 6 شهور في إحدى شركات قطاع الأغذية بقيمة 350 دولار، وفرص التقدم لمشاريع ريادية بقيمة 15000 دولار لكل مشارك.

شروط التقديم:

أن يكون المتقدم/ة خريج/ة جامعة النجاح من كافة التخصصات منذ العام 2021 وما بعد أو على وشك التخرج.

سيكون التدريب لمدة 70 ساعة في:

المهارات الريادية (مهارات تخطيط المشاريع الاستثمارية).

ندعوكم/ن في مركز خليل السكاكيني الثقافي للمشاركة في الورشة التدريبية "الزراعة في الموسم الصيفي".

ماذا تتضمن الورشة ؟

• تدريبات نظرية وعملية في أساسيات الزراعة البيئية .
• تحضير الأرض للزراعة.
• تشتيل.
• العناية بالمحصول.
• مد شبكات الري وغيرها.

تنظم الورشة في حديقة المركز التي ستتاح للمشاركين للعمل على تطبيق المهارات المكتسبة من تأهيل الأرض وزراعتها وحصاد المحصول.

يتوقع من المشاركين/ات الالتزام بـ 6 الى 7 لقاءات تدريبية خلال شهري ايار وحزيران 2024 (سيتم تحديد أيام اللقاءات بما يتلائم مع أوقات المشاركين/ات)

About The Role

A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Understand the targeted audience for each social channel

These specialists create content that resonates with the interests of the intended audience and is unique to the typical interactions of each channel.

Is familiar with consumer analytics

A Social Media Specialist understands social media metrics and can use the information to ensure the social media strategy is achieving its goals.

Wears many hats

A Social Media Specialist may be responsible for developing strategy, community management, creative directing, copywriting, customer service, and analyzing data. on the logistics of delivering content to various social channels, such as managing a content calendar, writing copy, scheduling posts, etc. These roles often overlap.

Should be measured by the amount of content published, when and how people engage with the channel, which content gets the most interaction, and how users respond to any brand messages. If the content includes sales of products or services, then conversion rates are also important.

More specifically, you’ll get to:

• write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users
• use data to analyze what’s working, and what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly

Graphic Designer Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience in design for marketing campaigns and social media ads.
• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Proficiency in the use of design programs, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Proficient in visual identity designs, publications, social media designs, infographics
• Possess high skills in time management and assignment of tasks.
• Possessing the ability to withstand work pressures.
• Proficiency in the use of Adobe Premier, and After Effect is a plus.
• Proven Proficiency in designing e-booklets and pintables such as brochures and others

Education, and Experience Requirements:

• BA/BS University degree Graphic Designer.
