What is PIEC Program? 

PIEC program is a transformative initiative aimed at nurturing startups through critical growth phases. By providing essential resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, our program empowers startups to overcome obstacles and scale operations, thereby contributing to economic progress and job creation in Palestine. Ultimately, we aspire to establish a sustainable and transformative support system for entrepreneurs, positioning Palestine as a leading startup hub regionally and globally. 

About the Workshop:

The workshop is designed to address real-world challenges within EdTech, HealthTech, and Environmental Tech. We invite individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds who are eager to contribute to solving these problems. Whether participants have a specific idea or are simply passionate about innovation, their involvement is welcome. A tech background is not necessary—only a commitment to making a difference and tackling critical issues.

Target Audience:

We are seeking young professionals, university students, researchers, tech enthusiasts, aspiring entrepreneurs, and problem-solvers.

Location: An-Najah National University (NNU)

Target Persona:

• You're a motivated individual from diverse backgrounds: young professionals, university students, researchers, and tech enthusiasts.
• You either have an idea in the EdTech, HealthTech, or Environmental Tech sectors, or a specific challenge you want to address in one of these areas.
• Even if you don’t have a specific idea, you have problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle challenges within EdTech, HealthTech, or Environmental Tech.
• You possess a creative and problem-solving mindset.
• You can apply individually or as part of a team.
• You are committed to taking steps in the startup world and progressing through our program components.

After the Workshop:

Winning the workshop will propel you to the Formation and Development Phase of the PIEC program. Here, you’ll refine your ideas and develop your MVP with our support. Upon demonstrating progress, you will move to the Validation and Growth phase, where you’ll receive guidance on business model refinement, product development, and scaling operations. This phase includes support for securing funding and expanding into new markets, contributing significantly to the Palestinian economy.
