Primary Responsibilities:

• Hi Malak, Work closely with the CTO to implement technical strategy aligned with AI and digital transformation goals
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across our modern technology stack
• Lead architectural decisions for scalable, AI-integrated cloud solutions
• Establish coding standards and best practices for enterprise-grade applications
• Mentor and upskill team members in modern development practices and AI integration
• Drive DevOps practices and deployment automation at scale
• Lead innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept development
• Bridge the gap between AI capabilities and traditional development

Technical Requirements:

6+ years of proven experience with:

• .NET Core/C# enterprise application development
• React and React Native for modern UI/UX solutions
• Node.js backend services and REST APIs development
• Azure cloud services
• DevOps practices and continuous deployment
• Microservices architecture
• Database design expertise

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated experience leading development teams in innovative environments
• Strong mentoring abilities with focus on emerging technologies
• Excellence in communicating complex technical concepts
• Ability to translate CTO’s innovation vision into technical implementation
• Track record of building high-performing technical teams

Key Deliverables:

• Implement technical best practices for AI-integrated solutions
• Establish quality metrics for modern application development
• Create and execute team upskilling program in emerging technologies
• Deliver technical documentation for complex systems
• Regular reporting to CTO on innovation initiatives
• Lead successful delivery of transformation projects
