Job Description:

Kryptonic Company is looking a UX/UI Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the design efforts and driving the user experience strategy for our AIoT platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user-centered designs that align with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, for our digital products.
•  Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate user needs.
•  Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
•  Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the platform.
•  Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
•  Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
•   Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
•   Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

•  3-5 years of experience in Product Design, with a focus on UX
• Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates experience designing data analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
