Job Purpose:

The Palestine Techno Park (PTP) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in propelling our mission forward by leading and managing a diverse range of projects that contribute to PTP's multifaceted approach. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to successful execution, monitoring, and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
• Facilitate project meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and action item tracking.
• Monitor project expenses and expenditures, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to project management.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical lab or core technology role
• At least 4-5 years’ experience working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, learning/ tinkering labs, incubator or incubation consultancy.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, research institutions, industry experts, associations, chamber of commerce & industries, state & central government, and angel investors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Effective technical documentation and communication skills

Job Description:

The Support Specialist, Operations, Radar Partner Support is responsible for helping R365 customers with all Radar software operations including Radar Core, GL Sales, Advanced Labor Scheduling, AP, Inventory, Recipes, Polling and Partner specific operations . They have demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise and proficiency in support processes and product knowledge of Radar. They manage pertinent customer communications through emails, tickets, live chats, and phone calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide dedicated support and troubleshooting to high-value Partners and their clients
• Identify issues and provide solutions to Partners and/or Partner clients
• Help Partners and clients understand the more complex functionality of Radar software operations
• Maintain behind the scenes Radar maintenance to Partner databases, including, but not limited to, GL Mapping, EDI Mapping, Clearing Alerts and CS Maintenance, including reviewing and responding to Dev notes on tickets
• Route non-support customer issues to appropriate teams and team members
• Manage personal queue of client tickets
• Train and mentor new team members on the functions of the advanced modules including product knowledge and advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or finance and/or accounting preferred or 5 years job experience

• Work with .NET Core and React to develop and maintain web applications and services.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that address clients' unique business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Migrate data from any legacy system and manage the complex process of data migration, cleanup, and on-going validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM and integrating with key external systems.
• Proficient in developing SSRS and PowerBI reports.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as ClickDimensions, MS Dynamics Marketing, Emfluence, and Dotdigital.
• Experience in writing plugins, scripts, and building workflows for Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Sales Copilot, and Azure cloud services.

• Contribute in writing design documents for new features.

Qualifications

2. وصف العلاج موضحاً نوعه، كميته، الجرعات وطرق إعطائه وتوضيح ذلك للمريض ولذوي المريض لمتابعة اعطاءه العلاج.
3. القيام بفحص الأطفال والحوامل المسجلين في الرعاية وحسب المواعيد المعطاة والبرتوكولات وإعطاء التعليمات والارشادات.
4. فحص المرضى ذوي الامراض المزمنة حسب المواعيد المحددة ووصف العلاج وتقييم الحالة اثناء المراجعة وتدوين كل المعطيات السابقة في السجلات الخاصة للمريض والنماذج والمحافظة عليها للمراجعة والمتابعة.
5. تحويل المرضى الى الأقسام المختلفة للمستشفى بواسطة نموذج التحويل المعد لذلك.
6. التبليغ عن حالات الامراض السارية والمعدية التي يواجهها الطبيب في العيادات.
7. الاشراف على جاهزية العيادة وتوفير الاحتياجات الضرورية من ادوية ومعدات وسجلات ونماذج للقيام بالأنشطة على اتم وجه.
8. تلبية حاجات المرضى وذويهم من تثقيف صحي ونصائح حول الحالات المرضية.
9. المشاركة في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للكوادر العاملة في المديرية ووضع الخطط لتنفيذها.
10. حضور الاجتماعات الدورية والضرورية كلما طلب منه ذلك.
11. اعداد التقارير الدورية والضرورية عن الإنجازات والمشاكل والعقبات والاقتراحات والتوصيات ورفعها الى المسؤول المباشر.
