The Palestine Techno Park (PTP) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in propelling our mission forward by leading and managing a diverse range of projects that contribute to PTP's multifaceted approach. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to successful execution, monitoring, and closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical lab or core technology role
• At least 4-5 years’ experience working with entrepreneurs, start-ups, learning/ tinkering labs, incubator or incubation consultancy.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build and maintain strong working relationships with start-ups, entrepreneurs, mentors, universities, research institutions, industry experts, associations, chamber of commerce & industries, state & central government, and angel investors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

الوصف الوظيفي:

موظف الاستيراد مسؤول عن متابعة جميع الأمور التي تتعلق بطلبيات مشتريات الاستيراد العالقة وتخليصها او تحريرها من الموانئ.

سيكون موقع العمل في مقر الشركة في عطروت.

الشروط المطلوبة:

1. من حملة الهوية المقدسية.
2. بكالوريوس من جامعة معتمدة بتخصص إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذو علاقة.
3. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في نطاق عمل مشابه.
4. إجادة اللغة الانجليزية والعبرية بطلاقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

1.    السعي دائمًا لتحديث تواريخ وصول البضائع بشكل دقيق ومساعدة في ضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد لضمان تلبية احتياجات الزبائن.

2.    القيام بأعمال الإبلاغ الفوري والسريع إلى قسم المالية عبر إرسال نسخة من BL  فور مغادرة السفينة الى الميناء.

3.    تحسين عمليات الشحن من خلال التواصل مع شركات الشحن والتنسيق مع الموردين لتحقيق أفضل النتائج.

4.    التعاون والتواصل والتنسيق مع مختلف الأطراف المعنية، مثل شركات الشحن والموردين وقسم المالية والمسؤول المباشر.

5.    مراقبة العمليات بعناية للتأكد من أن كل الوثائق والمستندات متاحة وصحيحة قبل وصول البضائع.

6.    الالتزام بالمواعيد والمساهمة في الوصول إلى حلول لأي تأخيرات محتملة في وصول المستندات.

12. تحقيق أقصى كفاءة في تجهيز ملفات الشحن وتوثيق جميع المعلومات في تقارير المتابعة من من تحديث التقارير بانتظام.

13. الالتزام بمراقبة جميع الشحنات بعناية لضمان الحصول على معلومات محدثة ودقيقة في تقارير المتابعة.

14. تتبع عدد الحاويات المتوقع وصولها في المستقبل يساهم في تلبية احتياجات العملاء وضمان توفير البضائع في الوقت المناسب.

15. الحرص على تحرير الشحنات من الميناء في فترة زمنية محددة (أقل من 4 أيام) يعكس التزامًا بالنزاهة والاحترافية في إدارة العمليات.
