Job Description:

The Support Specialist, Operations, Radar Partner Support is responsible for helping R365 customers with all Radar software operations including Radar Core, GL Sales, Advanced Labor Scheduling, AP, Inventory, Recipes, Polling and Partner specific operations . They have demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise and proficiency in support processes and product knowledge of Radar. They manage pertinent customer communications through emails, tickets, live chats, and phone calls.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide dedicated support and troubleshooting to high-value Partners and their clients
• Identify issues and provide solutions to Partners and/or Partner clients
• Help Partners and clients understand the more complex functionality of Radar software operations
• Maintain behind the scenes Radar maintenance to Partner databases, including, but not limited to, GL Mapping, EDI Mapping, Clearing Alerts and CS Maintenance, including reviewing and responding to Dev notes on tickets
• Route non-support customer issues to appropriate teams and team members
• Manage personal queue of client tickets
• Train and mentor new team members on the functions of the advanced modules including product knowledge and advanced troubleshooting techniques and best practices
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business and/or finance and/or accounting preferred or 5 years job experience
• Restaurant industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Radar.
• Strong understanding of general business principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Description:

As a Midlevel Software Engineer at Foothill Technology Solutions, you will be an integral part of our Dynamics consulting team. Your role will focus on implementing, configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM projects among all modules and apps including Sales, Finance, Project operations, Field Service Apps and others. You will be responsible for integrating external and third-party solutions with Dynamics CRM to enhance our client's business processes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM in alignment with best practices and customer needs.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM |Customer Engagement solution with other key systems, such as ERP/accounting, marketing automation, customer service platforms and legacy systems to ensure a seamless, end-to-end solution.
• Continual improvement to ensure solutions evolve with the shifting demands of customers.
• Collaborate to identify areas for enhancement and implement updates as necessary.
• Leverage Azure Cloud services to enhance application scalability, performance, and security.
• Create reports that provide valuable insights, drive better decision-making, and deliver real results, customize SSRS and PowerBI reports to meet client-specific requirements.
• Write plugins, scripts, and build workflows to extend the CRM capabilities.
• Work with .NET Core and React to develop and maintain web applications and services.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized solutions that address clients' unique business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Migrate data from any legacy system and manage the complex process of data migration, cleanup, and on-going validation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven experience in customizing Dynamics CRM and integrating with key external systems.
• Proficient in developing SSRS and PowerBI reports.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as ClickDimensions, MS Dynamics Marketing, Emfluence, and Dotdigital.
• Experience in writing plugins, scripts, and building workflows for Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Sales Copilot, and Azure cloud services.
• Strong development skills in .NET Core and React.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a senior back-end engineer you will be responsible for.

• Designing and maintaining API's that will serve multiple consumers.
• Contribute in writing design documents for new features.
• Build and maintain micro services in a micro service architecture
• Identifying areas for improvement(performance, code quality, etc ..), writing reusable code and publish packages for internal use.
• Communicate technical needs to stake holders(PO, developers, QA, etc..)
• Contribute in maintaining and designing relational and NO-SQL schemas

Qualifications

• Experience in designing Web API's to be consumed by different clients
• Experience in designing and maintaining relational databases
• Good understanding of web development fundamental.
• Good understanding of coding best practice, design patterns and architecture
• Good understanding of OO Paradigm.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools.
• Familiar with micro service architecture
• Experience in OO languages is a plus.
• Experience in C# is a plus.
• Experience in designing and maintaining NO-SQL databases is a plus.

تعلن مؤسسة الرؤيا الفلسطينية وبدعم من الممثلية الفنلندية عن إطلاق مشروع "عتاد" في الضفة الغربية.

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز قدرة الشباب الفلسظيني على المشاركة في تغيير مجتمعاتهم, وبناء قاعدة شبابية قادرة على صناعة القرار في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية في فلسطين.

يقدم مشروع عتاد:

• أكثر هن 50 ساعة تدريبية في مجالات حملات الضغط والمناصرة. والقانون الدولي والحوكمة وأساسيات البحث العملي وفن الحوار والتفاوض، ومهارات القرن الواحد والعشرين. بالإضافة إلى مهارات التفكيرالاستراتيجي والتحليل النقدي البناء وغيرها من المواضيع التي يحتاجهاالمشاركون لتعزيز قدراتهم ضمن ثلاثة مخيمات شبابية.
• تأسيس شبكة تضم المشاركين مع خبراء في المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية, بالإضافة إلى ممثلين من المجتمع المدني.
• بناء قاعدة من الشباب القادرين على بناء وتنفيذ الحملات وإدارة الجلسات مع المؤسسات الحكومية وصناع القرار.
• ستنفذ المجموعة العديد من الحملات والزيارات الميدانية وجلسات مسائلة مع الهيئات المحلية.

الفئة المستهدفة:

الفتيات والشباب المبادرين والناشطين من الفئة العمرية من 18 إلى 25 سنة.

معايير الإختيار:

• سيتم اختيار 40 شاباً وشابة من الناشطين والفاعلين في المجتمع, من المدن: سلفيت ونابلس والقدس.
• الإلتزام والجدية طيلة فترة تنفيذ المشروع.
• القدرة على المشاركة في التدريبات التي سيتم تنفيذها مع مبيت.
